Designed for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel and other metals up to 25–30 mm thick, the workstation uses professional offline programming software to deliver rapid programming and significantly boost robotic cutting efficiency. Beyond flat-plate cutting, it also performs three-dimensional cutting across a wide range of metal workpieces — with fast speed, a narrow kerf, smooth edges and low operating cost, delivering clear energy-saving and economic benefits. Compared with traditional gantry CNC cutting machines, it is more compact yet more capable, supporting both online and offline programming.

01 Product Advantages

  • Faster — Cutting efficiency is several times that of flame grooving; for example, at 20 mm actual thickness the cutting speed increases 4–5×.
  • High precision — Bevel angle error is under 1°, the remaining root can reach 1 mm or more, with overall accuracy of about 1 mm.
  • Flexible positioning — Supports manual teaching, mechanical positioning, automatic line-laser teaching (edge finding required) and vision-based non-teaching positioning.
