FAQ

Q1: Is it easy-to-use for workers without robot programming experience? A: Drag-and-teach and graphical programming are supported. Welders can directly drag the robot arm to trace welding paths, and simply set welding parameters. No-code operation is available. Ordinary welders can master the operation after several hours of training.

Q2: How to choose between water-cooled and air-cooled versions? Can I upgrade to water-cooled later? A: The water-cooled version is designed for long-time continuous high-current welding. The air-cooled version fits intermittent welding and frequent on-site relocation. Due to different overall machine structures, air-cooled units cannot be retrofitted to water-cooled. Please confirm the version during model selection.

Q3: Does the equipment require floor fixing installation? A: Equipped with mobile casters, the whole unit can be moved freely. No foundation fixing is required. Just connect gas and power after positioning, then it is ready for operation.

Q4: Is vision tracking available as an option? A: Yes. Vision seam tracking is an optional accessory. It realizes automatic seam deviation correction and works well for workpieces with large assembly tolerance.

Q5: Can positioners and fixtures be integrated for turn-key solutions? A: Yes. The workstation supports flexible expansion with positioners and tooling fixtures. We can supply complete turn-key welding solutions.
