They differ mainly in size, operating speed and programming methods. Industrial welding robots run at full speed behind safety fences and are programmed via teach pendant or offline software. Collaborative robots require no safety fences and operate at lower speed. They can be programmed by manually dragging the arm along welding paths. Collaborative robots fit high mix production in shipyards and workshops. Industrial welding robots are preferred for high volume tasks with hundreds of welds per shift.

Basic services include remote diagnosis, spare parts supply and on site service for critical failures. Value added services such as on site operator training, commissioning support from application engineers and remote programming assistance for new workpieces are also available.

One prototype unit is available for delivery, and there is no minimum order quantity requirement.

Every unit is 100% inspected before delivery, with a 1 year warranty for the complete machine.

All equipment undergoes 100% full unit inspection before shipment, with strict screening of core components. We implement a complete quality control process covering incoming material inspection, component assembly and unit commissioning. Products are shipped only after passing all tests. A sound after sales system is in place to support customers' stable production.
