Choose

RSN-2500I (380V inverter type): Heavy-duty industrial main model, compatible with all M6-M25 shear studs. High no-load voltage supports long-distance field welding. Compared with traditional thyristor RSN-2500, it is lighter, energy-saving, low-noise and with better arc ignition performance.

Application scenarios: Mass welding of steel floor deck, bridge, shipbuilding, boiler and large embedded parts. Priority selection for projects requiring long continuous operation and long on-site wiring.

FAQ

FAQ

Q1: What is the maximum stud size this welder can handle?

It is standardly compatible with M6-M25 carbon steel and alloy shear studs. For studs larger than M25, a higher-current model is required.

Q2: How to solve weak welding and poor arc ignition when the cable is extended?

The machine features high no-load output. Use thicker cables with a larger cross-section; check that the ground clamp is tightly secured with no rust or oil contamination to ensure good grounding; properly increase the no-load voltage parameter.

Q3: Why does the machine shut down automatically after prolonged operation?

This is most likely due to overheating protection. Check that both cooling fans are rotating properly and clean dust from the air intake vents. Avoid prolonged over-duty and overload welding; allow interval cooling between operations.

Q4: Large spatter or tilted studs after welding?

Clean rust, paint, and oil from the base metal surface; keep the torch perpendicular and firmly against the workpiece during welding; replace worn fixtures and positioning copper plates; readjust current and welding time parameters according to the stud diameter.

Q5: The panel shows a phase-loss fault and the machine won't start?

Check the external three-phase 380V input lines, circuit breaker, and terminal connections. Confirm that all three-phase voltages are balanced with no open circuits or loose connections.

Q6: Do I need a professional operator?

The equipment features adjustable and visualized parameters with standard process reference values. Operators can get started after simple training, and even beginners can consistently produce qualified weld studs.
