A: It supports four welding processes: ① Conventional MIG/MAG gas-shielded welding; ② Manual metal arc welding (MMA); ③ Lift-arc TIG (DC argon arc welding); ④ Carbon-arc gouging. One single machine covers multiple operation requirements.
A: 2T mode is suitable for spot welding on short weld seams. Press the trigger to start the arc, and release to stop the arc. 4T mode is designed for continuous welding of long weld seams. Press once to start continuous welding, and press again to stop welding. There is no need to keep holding the trigger, which greatly reduces hand fatigue during long-time operations.
A: Yes. The NBC-500IIa features strong anti-grid-fluctuation capability and high duty cycle. Its welding cable can be extended up to 50 meters for continuous welding, ideal for cross-range operation on large-size workpieces.
A: The three-proof treatment refers to moisture-proof, salt-spray-proof and dust-proof protection. In scenarios such as shipbuilding (coastal salt-spray environment), container manufacturing (open-air dust exposure) and mining, circuit boards without three-proof treatment are prone to moisture-caused short-circuit and corrosion damage.
